Terms and Conditions Disclaimer

The Connected Pathway: Individualized DIR®/Floortime™ Coaching Membership

By enrolling in the Connected Pathway coaching membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Coaching Scope & Purpose

The Connected Pathway offers educational coaching and developmental guidance based on the DIR/Floortime model. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. If your child is receiving therapy or medical care, coaching may be used to complement—not replace—those services.

2. Individualized Support, Not Clinical Treatment

Coaching does not include diagnostic evaluation, direct intervention, or therapeutic services. Recommendations are made based on parent input, observation, and general developmental principles—not formal assessments.

3. Confidentiality & Privacy

All information shared during coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., suspected harm or abuse).

4. Session Scheduling & Cancellations

You are entitled to one 1:1 coaching session per month. Sessions must be scheduled in advance. At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

5. Communication Between Sessions

Light support via email or secure messaging may be included between sessions (if applicable to your membership tier). Coaching questions should relate to your child’s development, routines, or DIR/Floortime strategies—not emergencies or crisis situations.

6. Non-Transferable Membership

Your membership is intended for use by you and your immediate household only. Materials, session access, or login credentials may not be shared with others.

7. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, resources, templates, and guides are the property of Child & Family Development and may not be shared, republished, or distributed without written permission. Materials are for personal use only.

8. Payments, Renewals, and Refunds

Coaching memberships are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Due to the personalized nature of the program, refunds are not provided for missed sessions or early cancellations. You may cancel your membership at any time with written notice. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating in this program, you agree to release Child & Family Development and its team from any liability related to your participation. You acknowledge that outcomes may vary and are based on a range of individual child and family factors.

10. Agreement to Terms

Your use of and participation in The Connected Pathway membership constitutes your acknowledgment and agreement to these terms and any future updates.
